Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for registration number. 3784431

FORM INFORMATION

In response to the Office Action dated June 6, 2019, Registrant wishes to respond to the audit in which proof of use for two additional goods per class is required. Specifically, proof of current use of the registered mark in commerce for the following goods has been requested: "bed blankets" and "curtains" in International Class 24. Registrant attaches herewith evidence of current use of "bed blankets" and wishes to state that the owner was using the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods identified in the registration for which use of the mark in commerce is claimed, as evidenced by the submitted proof of use, during the relevant period for filing the affidavit of use. Registrant further requests that "curtains" be deleted from the registration in IC 24 for non-use.
