Application serial no. 77808643 has been amended as follows:

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:

Applicant hereby submits a new specimen for Class 041. The specimen(s) submitted consists of Die cut flyer for 7/1/09 Fresh Squeezed event..

Color Claim
The color(s) orange, yellow, red, green, black, grey and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

Please withdraw voluntary disclaimer of "FRESH SQUEEZED". Please withdraw 2(f) claim.

Description of mark
The mark consists of the wording FRESH which appears in white and outlined in red and shadowed in orange, below which is the wording SQUEEZED in yellow and outlined in red and shaowed in orange, to the right and left of the lettering are two grey speakers that are outlined in black, a orange butterfly with black detailing appears above the letter "S" in "SQUEEZED" and a depiction of an incomplete orange which appears in the colors orange and white above the word "FRESH," four green leaves appear off the letters "F" and H" in FRESH and "S" and "D" in "SQUEEZED", additionally four series of three orange drops appear on either side of the depiction of the orange and to the left and right of the wording.
