The certification mark certifies that the animal bearing the mark has been bred in compliance with the quality standards of the Kinder Goat Breeders Association.

5.    BASIS FOR APPLICATION:

Applicant is exercising legitimate control over the use of the certification mark in commerce, and has been exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce on or in connection with the above-identified goods and/or services as of the application filing date.
