To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 77790162 has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 042 for Technical support services, namely, troubleshooting of video recording systems, digital recording systems, digital documentation stations, and video capturing systems consisting of one or more of the following: computers, digital recording computers, video touch screen monitors, plasma screen monitors, LCD screen monitors, video cameras and keyboards; and technical support services, namely, troubleshooting of software problems for video recording systems, digital recording systems, digital documentation stations, and video capturing systems consisting of one or more of the following: computers, digital recording computers, video touch screen monitors, plasma screen monitors, LCD screen monitors, video cameras and keyboards
