In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE TERMS

 

In response to the Examiner's request regarding significance of the term "PALADIN," Applicant provides the following:

 

·    The term "PALADIN" has no meaning or significance in the industry in which the goods are manufactured/provided.

 

·    The term "PALADIN" is not a term of art within in Applicant's industry.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 011 for Water and air treatment products, namely, water conditioners, softeners, filters, reverse osmosis drinking water systems and air purification filters and equipment; back-up power generators; tankless water heaters; and sump pumps and sump pump back-up systems
