Applicant has firsthand knowledge that the failure to respond to the Office Action by the specified deadline was unintentional, and requests the USPTO to revive the abandoned application.

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 005 for Pharmaceutical preparations for human use
Original Filing Basis:
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. (15 U.S.C. Section 1051(b)).

Proposed: Class 005 for Pharmaceutical preparations for human use for the treatment and prevention of obesity, diabetes, incontinence, cardiovascular diseases, central nervous system diseases and disorders, metabolic disorders, stroke, cancer, inflammation and inflammatory diseases, respiratory and infectious diseases, auto-immune diseases, solid organ transplant rejection; pharmaceutical preparations for human use, namely, antibiotics, anti-fungals, anti-virals, immunosuppressants and pharmaceutical antibodies
