The applicant is submitting one specimen for the class showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in the class, consisting of a(n) specimen 1 and 2 wherein specimen 1 is a scanned photograph showing Applicant's mark displayed on the basketball court at Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts. The court on which the mark is displayed hosts public/spectator events such as basketball games, contests and enshirnement ceremonies. Specimen 2 is a scanned copy of the first page of an on-line newpaper article promoting Applicant's services.

Applicant is the owner of the mark sought to be registered, and is using the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods/services identified above, as evidenced by the attached specimen(s) showing the mark as used in commerce.
