Applicant notes with appreciation the indication in the outstanding office action that the referenced application has been reviewed and that the United States Patent and Trademark Office records were searched and that there are no similar registered or pending marks that would bar registration under the Lanham Act. Applicant hereby disclaims the words "dash" and "tray" apart from the mark as shown. Please amend the description of goods to read as follows:
International Class 12: Storage devices, namely, dashboard containers especially adapted to fit in cars; dashboard caddies, namely, containers especially adapted to fit in cars; car accessories, namely, dashboard trays placed on a car dashboard to hold cellular phones while driving.
Applicant has addressed all of the points raised in the pending office action of May 12, 2009, and applicant has followed the direction given by the examiner, where applicable. Accordingly, it is believed that the present application is in condition for publication. Such action is earnestly solicited.
