The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3951347

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Current owner of record NWZA, Inc. requests that a new certificate of registration for the mark, TWEAK (the "Mark") be issued in the name of its assignee, Tweak.

On February 16, 2011, NWZA, Inc. filed a Statement of Use for the Mark in both classes 9 and 35.  The Statement of Use was accepted by the USPTO on February 18, 2011.  On March 28, 2011, NWZA assigned all of its rights, title, interest and goodwill to the Mark and the application to Tweak, an unlimited company based in Ireland.  This assignment was recorded with the USPTO on March 28, 2011 as Reel/Frame: 4507/0407.

 The USPTO issued a Certificate of Registration for the Mark on April 26, 2011.  The Certificate of Registration lists assignor, NWZA, Inc., as the owner.  We request that a new certificate be issued in the name of the current owner.  The new certificate should reflect the below owner information:
