OFFICE SEARCH: The examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marksand has found no conflicting marks thatwould bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

AMENDMENT: In accordance with the authorization granted by applicant’s attorney, Elizabeth F. Janda, on March 30, 2009 the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. The identification of services is amended to read as follows: “promoting the sale of goods and services of others in the automotive industry by dissemination of promotional materials and product information through an online global computer network, through the distribution of printed material, audio and video recordings, television and radio recordings, online advertising, and promotional contests; retail store services in the field of automobiles, automobile parts and accessories.” TMEP §1402.01(e).

The following claim of ownership is added to the record:

Applicant is the owner of U.S. Registration Nos. 1399080 and 3046211 and others.
