The following is submitted for registration number. 3650521 :

FORM INFORMATION

In July of 2014, the section 8 and 15 combined affidavits were filed for US Reg. No. 3650521.  The owner of the mark, JKL IP Company, LLC, was identified as a “Michigan LLC” rather than a “United States LLC” in error.  There is and always has been only one owner of the mark, JKL IP Company, LLC.  There has been no transfer or change of ownership of the mark.  Please amend the section 8 and 15 combined affidavits to reflect that the owner of the mark, JKL IP Company, LLC, is a United States LLC, as it appears in the original trademark application.
