In response to the office action dated July 8, 2020, the applicant submits that the specimens filed
on April 27, 2020 in support of the Section 8 Affidavit of continued use were accessed on April 17,
2020 at the URL http://buyseaveg.com/.
This declaration under 37 C.F.R. §2.20 is submitted in response to the indication in the office action
that a verifed statement may be used to overcome initial refusal to accept the specimen of use. The
specimen filed on April 27, 2020 was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the
10-year Section 8.
The undersigned, being hereby warned that willful false statements and the like so made are
punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under 18 U.S.C. §1001, and that such willful false
statement may jeopardize the validity of this document, declares that s/he is properly authorized to
execute this document on behalf of the owner, and all statements made of his/her own knowledge
