We will be doing custom metal fabrication from our own designs.

Dear Mr. Olsen, Wagster, and Rose:

In processing your application, it has been determined that the identification of services requires further clarification for Class 040. Currently, it reads:

Class 040: Manufacturing services of products in the fields of hunting, motorcycles and automobiles; Mill working

This requires more specificity in that “manufacturing” services must be either custom manufacturing or to the order and specification of others, and, the type of manufactured products should be indicated:

Custom manufacturing services of products, namely, {specify the type of products – i.e. metal parts, etc.} in the fields of hunting, motorcycles and automobiles; Mill working”

Or

“Manufacturing services of products to the order and specification of others, namely, {specify the type of products – i.e. metal parts, etc.} in the fields of hunting, motorcycles and automobiles; Mill working”

Class 042 is okay as filed.

If you would kindly let me know how you’d like to amend by Friday of this week, I can enter the changes from here by examiner’s amendment. Please note that I will need the consent of all three applicants in order to make the change. Thank you,

Warm regards,

Helene
