EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant hereby requests a correction of Registrant's information in this registration.  The correct owner should be "American Agritech, L.L.C.," a limited liability company in Arizona, dba Botanicare.  The error was merely typographical and occurred in good faith.  Since to Registrant's best knowledge, "American Agritech, L.L.C." is the only entity ever registered with the State of Arizona that has a name beginning with "American Agritech," Registrant believes that this error is immaterial and correctable.  Therefore, Registrant kindly requests that the corrected owner information be entered.
