THIS IS A NON-FINAL ACTION.

 

The response in the referenced application has been reviewed by the assigned trademark examining attorney.  Applicant must respond timely and completely to the issue(s) below.  15 U.S.C. §1062(b); 37 C.F.R. §§2.62, 2.65(a); TMEP §§711, 718.03.

 

All amendments of applicant have been entered. The response raises only one issue and it deals with International class 40. Applicant was advised that custom “manufacturing” was a service. Applicant chose “manufacturer” which is not a service and renders the identification indefinite. Amendment is required and the requirement, now repeated, is continued.

 

If applicant does not respond within six months of the mailing date of this non-final Office action, the application will be abandoned.  15 U.S.C. §1062(b); 37 C.F.R. §2.65(a).  Applicant may respond to this non-final Office action by: 

 

         Submitting a response that fully satisfies all outstanding requirements, if feasible.
