For International Class 019, the mark is in use in commerce on or in connection with all goods/services, or to indicate membership in the collective membership organization, listed in the existing registration for this specific class: Non-metal doors; Non-metal windows ; or, the owner is making the listed excusable nonuse claim.

The owner is submitting one(or more) specimen(s) showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in this class, consisting of a(n) display associated with the goods, namely, the cover page and pages from one of registrant's on-line and print sales brochures showing the mark Verde and pictures of the goods. Registrant sells windows and doors which are custom made to specifications selected by the consumer based on information provided in registrant's point of sale brochures. Consumers who might be interested in purchasing registrant's windows and doors usually order the windows and doors after meeting with either (1) a representative of the registrant or (2) an authorized distributor of registrant's windows and doors. Consumers learn about the features of the windows and doors and the various options available to them. Every window and door sold by registrant is custom made to the window and door specifications selected by the consumer. In almost every case, when a consumer decides to purchase registrant's custom made windows and doors, the consumer places an order through one of registrant's representative or through one of registrant's authorized distributors who helps the consumer understand and select specific options for his or her custom made windows and doors. Therefore, point of sale brochures like this specimen are displays associated with the goods and they are the primary vehicle through which consumers are introduced to the registrant's lines of custom made windows and doors sold under this mark. Ultimately, consumers place orders for windows and doors, including specific selected features, either during the meetings described above or after such a meeting by contacting one of registrant's representatives or distributors. Finally, registrant notes that a similar specimen was accepted when registrant filed a statement of use in 2015 in respect of this registration. Although not controlling today in any way, this fact suggests that the specimen is an acceptable specimen taking into account the nature of registrant's custom windows and doors..
