The Applicant does not believe that there is potential conflict between the present application and U.S. Application Ser. No. 77/153,247.  However, the Applicant is reserving the right to present arguments relevant to this issue at a later point in time.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 009 for telecommunications products, namely, receivers, satellite dishes, remote controllers, and set-top boxes primarily comprised of a receiver and circuitry; computer controlling hardware and software for use in the aforementioned goods
