"The mark consists of a yellow circle with green border, brown and green palm tree with brown monkey hanging on left side; SMOOTHIE FACTOR is black, as are the outlines of the tree and monkey."

"The color(s) yellow, green, brown, and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark."
