Translation of Non-English Wording on Specimen
The examining attorney is trying to determine whether the specimen is acceptable. Applicant must
submit an English translation of all the non-English wording on the specimen. 37 C.F.R. §2.61(b);

Description of the Mark
Applicant must submit an amendment to the description of the mark to correct a typographical error. 37 C.F.R. §2.37; TMEP §§808 et seq. The following is suggested:
The mark consists of the word HYDE in white letters within in a black oval that is on a tan background that is above a red field. The dotted lines are used to indicate the indefinite and varied shape of the borders of the color fields as applied to the packaging for the goods.
