The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3475960 PRINCESS(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/77353696/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant respectfully requests issuance of a new “Certificate of Registration” of the mark due to new ownership of the subject registration.

 

More specifically, after issuance of the registration, a change in the ownership arose, and the change has been recorded by an appropriate document (i.e., an assignment) with the Assignment Recordation Branch.  Registrant hereby respectfully requests a “New Certificate of Registration” be issued from Post-Registration in the name of the new owner for the unexpired part of the period of registration.  With respect to identification of the new owner, the “Owner” line of the new certificate is presumably to read: “(REGISTRANT) Hair and Wigs.Com, Inc. d/b/a LesCheveux CORPORATION MICHIGAN 33255 Woodward Avenue Birmingham MICHIGAN 48009.

 

The recorded document is identified as “Assignment (purporting to assign the entire interest) (Attorney Docket: EWH0001TUS), was executed and recorded on April 23, 2015, is located at Frame 0370 of Reel 5503, and shows clear chain of title from original Registrant [Eastern Wig & Hair Company, L.L.C. (a limited-liability company of Michigan), 33255 Woodward Avenue, Birmingham, Michigan 48009] to the party requesting issuance of the new certificate.  The required fee is being paid herewith.
