Application serial no. 77253294 has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 007 for Power operated wood tools, namely, solid carbide drill bits, router bits, end mills, Tungsten Carbide Tipped finger joint cutters, edge-banding machine cutters, quick change chucks, and custom-made machine tools of the above-mentioned types for precision machining applications

Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 03/01/2001 and first used in commerce at least as early as 11/29/2006, and is now in use in such commerce.
