 Dear Ms. Chiu,

 I just spoke with your assistant, who directed me to email you regarding this small issue.

 With regard to the wording "running of museums," which is currently in Class 41, it must be specified if applicant is running the museums "for others."  If they are, this must be stated in the identification and the services would need to be moved to Class 35.  If they are not running the museums for others, the wording "running of museums" would need to be deleted from the identification, as applicant already has "museums" in Class 41.

 If you could email me back or call me at the number below regarding this matter by Wednesday, June 4, 2008, by 5pm EST, I would greatly appreciate it.  After that time, if this matter isn't resolved, I will have to send out an Office action.
