To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 77231061 has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Trademark Examining Attorney issued an Office Action requesting clarification of goods.  In response, Applicant herein clarifies goods description as follows:

class 3 - cleaner for use on stone, granite and marble counter tops; polish for use on stone, granite and marble counter tops

class 17 - protective sealant for protection against water and stain for use on stone and tile; grout sealant

In view of the foregoing, it is respectfully requested that the Applicant's mark be passed to the next phase at the earliest possible date.
