OFFICE SEARCH: The examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marksand has found no conflicting marks thatwould bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.
AMENDMENT: In accordance with the authorization granted by Regina M. Corrigan, Esq. on June 1, 2009, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned examining attorney immediately if there is an objection to the amendment. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.

The application is amended to delete the 1(b) filing basis for all classes. The priority filing date is to be maintained. The sole basis for registration is Trademark Act Section 44(e).
