To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 77130326 has been amended as follows:

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 035 for geospatial data; licensing geospatial data to others; providing geospatial data to others; interactive software and online applications for managing, searching, sorting, and providing access to geospatial data
Original Filing Basis:
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. Proposed: Class 035 for Geospatial data compiling and analyzing relating to business management, preparing geospatial data business reports
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. (15 U.S.C. Section 1051(b)).

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 042 for Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable interactive software for managing, searching, and sorting geospatial data
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. (15 U.S.C. Section 1051(b)).

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 045 for Licensing of intellectual property, namely, geospatial data reports to others
