To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 77127537 has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Inadvertent Listing of “Oregon” Rather than “Delaware” Corporation

 

At the time this application was filed, it was filed reciting the correct owner name, TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., but inadvertently recited TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. as being an Oregon Corporation rather than a Delaware Corporation.  There was not a TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. that was an Oregon corporation, only TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. organized under the laws of Delaware.  No transfer of ownership or name change has occurred and the inadvertent listing of Oregon rather than Delaware was corrected in a Preliminary Amendment filed on March 20, 2007.

Conclusion

It is believed that all of the issues raised by the Examining Attorney have been addressed, and it is respectfully requested that the application be passed to publication for opposition.  Please telephone the undersigned attorney if anything further is required.
