The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3334046 VECTORVEST(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/77115415/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant requests correction of the registration certificate for this registration under Section 7 relating to the state of incorporation of the Registrant. When the initial application was filed on February 24, 2007, Registrant’s state of incorporation was mistakenly entered as “Ohio” and did not correctly indicate Registrant's state of incorporation as "Delaware". The state of incorporation was mistaken in good faith. As such, the registration issued with the incorrect state of incorporation. Registrant submits that “VectorVest, Inc.” a “corporation of Ohio” did not exist. Instead, “VectorVest, Inc.” is a "corporation of Delaware". This is a correctable error pursuant to TMEP Section 1201.02(c)(7). Accordingly, Registrant respectfully requests that the records be amended to reflect the correct state of incorporation of Registrant, namely, a corporation of Delaware.
