SPECIMENS & DECLARATION

            Applicant has enclosed a specimen showing use of the mark PIDPLUS for the goods in Class 9.  Applicant has also submitted a signed Declaration pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 2.20.

CONCLUSION

            Based on the foregoing, the application appears to be in order.  Accordingly, applicant respectfully requests that the application be permitted to proceed to publication.
