requests a six-month extension of time to file the Statement of Use under 37 C.F.R. Section 2.89 in this application.    The Notice of Allowance mailing date was 11/20/2007.

Current identification: Books containing coupons and cards which entitle the holder to receive discounts on dining, hotel accommodations, consumer merchandise, travel, movies, sports, theater, and other leisure activities, and printed directories of businesses honoring such discounts

The applicant has a continued bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with all of the goods and/or services listed in the Notice of Allowance or as subsequently modified for this specific class.


For International Class 035:
Current identification: Promoting the goods and services of others through the distribution of coupon books and cards which entitle the holder to receive discounts on dining, hotel accommodations, consumer merchandise, travel, movies, sports, theater, and other leisure activities, and by providing via on-line computer services coupons and a membership program entitling the participants to receive discounts on dining, hotel accommodations, consumer merchandise, travel, movies, sports, theater, and other leisure activities, and providing in connection therewith an on-line directory of information about the program and participating businesses

The applicant has a continued bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with all of the goods and/or services listed in the Notice of Allowance or as subsequently modified for this specific class.


This is the fifth extension request.   The applicant has made the following ongoing efforts to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with each of those goods and/or services covered by the extension request: product or service research or development; market research; manufacturing activities; promotional activities


A fee payment in the amount of $300 will be submitted with the form, representing payment for 2 classes.
