OFFICE SEARCH:  The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d).  TMEP section 704.02.   

 

AMENDMENT: In accordance with the authorization granted by TMEP section 707.02, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below without first contacting the applicant for approval.  Please advise the undersigned immediately if there is an objection to the amendment.

The classification of the services recited as:

 

Promoting the goods and services of others through the distribution of coupon books and cards which entitle the holder to receive discounts on dining, hotel accommodations, consumer merchandise, travel, movies, sports, theater, and other leisure activities, and by providing via on-line computer services coupons and a membership program entitling the participants to receive discounts on dining, hotel accommodations, consumer merchandise, travel, movies, sports, theater, and other leisure activities, and providing in connection therewith an on-line directory of information about the program and participating businesses

 

 is hereby amended from International Class 34 to International Class 35.

 

PRIORITY ACTION
