EXPLANATION OF FILING

Section 7 is being filed for a correction of the entity type.  An error was made when the application was filed on February 22, 2007.  The application listed the entity type as a Limited Liability Company in Sweden when the correct entity type should have been listed as a Private Limited Liability Company in Sweden.  We request that the entity type now show as a Private Limited Liability Company.
