To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 77111942 has been amended as follows:

Applicant proposes to amend the mark as follows:
Current: GREEN HARVEST ORGANIC (Stylized and/or with Design)
The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, green, yellow and blue.
The mark consists of the words "GREEN HARVEST" in white and stylized word "ORGANIC" in blue set within an oval shape in green with a half sun design in yellow placed below GREEN HARVEST and above ORGANIC.

Proposed: GREEN HARVEST ORGANIC (Stylized and/or with Design, see mark)

The color(s) The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, green, white, yellow and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the color white appears in the wording 'GREEN HARVEST,' outlines the word 'ORGANIC,' appears behind the sun design, and appears in striped lines behind the word 'ORGANIC;' the color yellow appears in the half sun design; the color blue appears in the word 'ORGANIC;' the color green appears in the oval design, hill design, and in the striped lines behind the word 'ORGANIC.'.
