The Registrant submits this response to the Post-Registration Office Action issued on 09/23/2013. As the Office noted,
Office records show clear chain of title to the registration in Hunter Pacific Ltd. (Hong Kong Corporation). However, due to a typographical error, the Section 8
Affidavit identified the filing party as Hunter Pacific Ltd. (British Virgin Islands Limited Liability Company). The actual filing party was the owner of record of the registration,
Hunter Pacific Ltd. (Hong Kong Corporation).
Accordingly, it is most respectfully requested that the Office reconsider and accept the Section 8 Affidavit.
