The mark consists of a Japanese samurai / warrior man with make-up around his eyes, wearing a decorated kimono, and holding, slightly above his head and angled downward toward his body, a sword with a tassel and a checkered blade. This whole image is surrounded by a dark-filled square with the handle of the sword sticking out of the right top of the square. The word SHOGUN is directly below the square.

The applicant, Hunter Pacific Ltd., a corporation of Hong Kong, having an address of 12/F Yee Lim Industrial Bldg, Phase 2, 8-14 Ka Ting Road, Kwai Chung, NT, Hong Kong, requests registration of the trademark/service mark identified above in the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register established by the Act of July 5, 1946 (15 U.S.C.
