The Office has reassigned this application to the undersigned trademark examining attorney.
The assigned trademark examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and has determined the following:
Recitation of Services
The wording “Providing an online searchable computer database in the fields of market research, studies and polls; providing an online searchable computer database to research and report on the integrity of respondents/panelists participating in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research; online reporting of fraudulent or dishonest global panel participants, respondents and panelists; computerized online investigative and information services relative to the participation of respondents/panelists in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research for enabling accurate panel reporting and results; business investigative and information services for maintaining the integrity of respondents/panelists participating in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research and customer and consumer polling practices” in the identification of services is indefinite and must be clarified because the exact nature of the services is unclear. TMEP §1402.01.
Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
“Providing an online searchable computer database in the fields of market research, studies and polls; providing an online searchable computer database to research and report on the integrity of respondents and panelists participating in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research; online reporting of fraudulent and dishonest global panel participants, respondents and panelists; computerized online investigative and information services relative to the participation of respondents and panelists in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research for enabling accurate panel reporting and results; business investigative and information services for maintaining the integrity of respondents and panelists participating in global consumer and specialty panels used for online market research and customer and consumer polling practices”, in International Class 035.
Please note that, while the identification of services may be amended to clarify or limit the services, adding to the services or broadening the scope of the services is not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Therefore, applicant may not amend the identification to include services that are not within the scope of the services set forth in the present identification.
For assistance with identifying and classifying goods and/or services in trademark applications, please see the online searchable Manual of Acceptable Identifications of Goods and Services at http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/netahtml/tidm.html.

(NOTE: Verification is not required where (1) the dates of use for the added class are stated to be the same as the dates of use specified in the initial application, or (2) the original specimens are acceptable for the added class.)
37 C.F.R. §§2.6, 2.34(a), 2.59, 2.71(c), and 2.86(a); TMEP §§810, 904.09, 1403.01 and 1403.02(c).
