Refusal Withdrawn:
The following refusal is now withdrawn because the identification of goods has been amended: (1) Section 2(d) Refusal to Register regarding Registration Number 1798975.
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

Metal tool boxes except for those specifically designed and intended for use in roofing applications.
International Class 007:
