The assigned trademark examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.
Search Results.
The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
Nevertheless, the applicant must respond to the following informalities.
Amend the Identification of Goods.
The identification of goods is unacceptable as indefinite. The applicant identifies multiple International Classifications of goods in its application. Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure Section 1402.
The applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
Floor tile adhesives in International Class 1.
Grout sealant in International Class 17.
Ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural and engineered stones, wood tiles, wood laminates and other non-metal laminates, all for covering floors; floor patching materials, namely, concrete sealers; grout; underlay for laminate flooring in International Class 19.
Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure Section 1402.
Please note that, while an application may be amended to clarify or limit the identification, additions to the identification are not permitted. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.71(a); Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure Section 1402.06. Therefore, the applicant may not amend to include any goods that are not within the scope of goods set forth in the present identification.

If applicant prosecutes this application as a combined, or multiple-class application, then applicant must comply with each of the following for those goods and/or services based on an intent to use the mark in commerce under Trademark Act Section 1(b):
Applicant must list the goods and/or services by international class with the classes listed in ascending numerical order. TMEP § 1403.01; and applicant must submit a filing fee for each international class of goods and/or services not covered by the fee already paid. 37 C.F.R. §2.86(a)(2); TMEP §§810.01 and 1403.01. The filing fee for adding classes to an application is as follows: (a) $325 per class, when the fees are submitted with a response filed online via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html; and (b) $375 per class, when the fees are submitted with a paper response.

Translation Possibly Required.
The applicant will submit a translation of the non-English mark, assuming there is a translation. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.61(b); Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure Section 809. The translation shall read as follows: The English translation of ADENA is ___________.
If there is no English translation for this term, the applicant is required to state this fact for the record.
Please note that the translation will be searched in the Office records to determine if there are registered or pending marks which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d). Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure Section 704.01.

The applicant should simply set forth the required changes or statements and request that the Office enter them. The applicant must sign the response.
