Please note that applicant must notify the examining attorney if the foreign application abandons.
After considering the applicant’s arguments, the cited registration and prior pending application are withdrawn as potential bars to the registration of this mark. Additionally, the applicant’s amendment of the identification of goods is acceptable as submitted.
