The literal element of the mark consists of GARMIN. The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, blue for the triangle. The mark consists of a blue stylized isosceles triangle design and the stylized word "GARMIN".
The applicant, Garmin Ltd., a corporation of Cayman Islands, having an address of PO Box 30464 SMB, 5th Floor, Harbour Pl., 103 South Church Street, George Town, Cayman Islands, requests registration of the trademark/service mark identified above in the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register established by the Act of July 5, 1946 (15 U.S.C.
