Thank you for speaking with me last week regarding our trademark renewal for US Registration number 3270949 for the mark "HMI".
You had two issues pertaining to this mark. First, I accidentally checked the wrong box for ownership of the school when completing the renewal form. The correct form of ownership is
a non-profit corporation of Colorado and has not changed since the school's inception. Sorry about checking the wrong box. Since we are a non-profit I'm trying to do this renewal myself instead
of hiring an attorney in order to save money for the school.
Also, you requested a screen shot of the website showing the mark used and showing that we are a school I am attaching a few screen shots from our website to show the use of this mark for
our school. It is shown on multiple pages of the website as well as on all of our viewbooks that we provide to prospective students. Also, our website address is www.hminet.org if you'd
