Applicant acknowledges the Official Action dated January 19, 2007 in the above-identified matter.  In response thereto, please amend the application as follows:

 

Identification of Goods

            Please re-define the goods as follows:  “Catalogs in the field of clothing and footwear; boxes, namely cardboard boxes, shoe boxes and hang tags made of cardboard” in International Class 16.

REMARKS

The Applicant has included a disclaimer as required by the Examiner and further has amended the goods to limit them to goods in International Class 16.  In light of this response, allowance and publication of the application are solicited.

Classification and Listing of Goods/Services

Applicant hereby amends the following class of goods/services in the application as follows:
Current: Class 016 for catalogs, paper for catalogs, stationery, envelopes, notepaper and notepads, boxes and hang tags
Original Filing Basis: 1(b).
