Identification of Services
The examining attorney has amended the identification of services in International Classes 42 and 44 to the following:
“Agricultural research and laboratory services in the field of livestock and crop management, namely animal, milk, soil, feed, and water data collection, analyses, and reporting,” in International Class 42.
“Animal breeding services and artificial insemination services,” in International Class 44.
Color Claim and Color Location Statement
The following statement describing color in the mark is added to the record:
The colors teal and black are claimed as features of the mark. The mark consists of a stylized CRi where the dot on the i is a globe, the color of the C and the water in the globe is teal (specifically PMS 327); and the color of the R, i and the land in the globe is black.
