In addition to the substantive Section 2(e)(1)/Supplemental Register/Disclaimer of generic word INSTITUTE issue raised in the Office Action dated January 24, 2007 at about 4:09 P.M., which is incorporated by reference herein, applicant DOES NOT HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE SPECIMEN REQUIREMENT laid out therein. 

 

Upon a more thorough review of the detailed specimens submitted with the application, the examining attorney found an acceptable specimen wherein the term SECURITIZATION INSTITUTE SESSIONS stands out as a source indicator. 

 

Please note that applicant must respond to all issues raised in this Office Action, as well as the previous Office Action of this day, within six (6) months of the mailing date of this letter.  If applicant does not respond within this time limit, the application will be abandoned.
