The likelihood of confusion refusal is WITHDRAWN based on the deletion of Class 42, and the requirement for an amendment to the Class 38 identification of services is satisfied and WITHDRAWN.  The identification of services in Class 35 is amended as follows.

 

Identification of Services

 

The identification of services in Class 35 is amended to read as follows: 

 

Business consulting services regarding business strategies, process flow, enterprise architecture, and data management, namely compilation and systematization of customer, product and vendor information in databanks; business consulting services regarding data management, namely, collection, preparation, composition, processing, and cataloguing of business information for electronic business to business communications.
