This office action is in response to an OG query withdrawal. Management asked the following:
How are the goods used in treatment of a patient? If they are merely for decontaminating a space, they’d be more likely in Class 009 (with decontamination showers) or 011 (with clean rooms). If they don’t treat or diagnose a patient, they’re not in Class 010.
