IN ACCORDANCE WITH TMEP SECTION 1301.04(C) THE SPECIMENS CREATE AN ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE MARK AND THE SERVICES BECAUSE THE LETTERHEAD AND ENVELOPE HAS "MOTOR INNS" STAMPED ON THEM WHICH ARE MOTEL SERVICES.
