APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Joseph Lesko on September 20, 2017, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. MARK DESCRIPTION AMENDED
The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:
The mark consists of the stylized design of a can with a nozzle, on which is the wording “LEAD-FOOT SPRAY OIL” underneath which is the design of a car, underneath which is the word “ZOOM” underneath which is the wording “ALL PURPOSE GREASE”.

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS
The identification of goods in Class 6 is amended to read as follows:
Class 6: Steel aerosol cans, sold empty
