APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Bruce D. Vosburg, Esq. on April 29, 2016, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. AMENDMENT TO IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES ENTERED
The identification of services is amended to read: “Online retail and wholesale store services featuring accessories and furnishings for the home, bath, kitchen and beach; Online retail and wholesale store services featuring food and drink, namely, coffee, tea, and vodka; Online retail and wholesale store services featuring hats”.
AMENDMENT TO MARK DESCRIPTION ENTERED
The mark description is amended to read as follows: “The mark design consists of tree branches sprouting from two antlers with a single snowflake in the center.”
