NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that Clifford G. Frayne, an attorney who has previously filed documents for you or your company's behalf, was excluded as of June 17, 2016, from practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This decision became final on July 17, 2016, and Mr. Frayne was then afforded thirty days of limited recognition to conclude work on your behalf and notify his clients. His limited recognition expired on August 16, 2016, so as of this date, he is no longer authorized to file any documents on your behalf with the USPTO unless and until the exclusion is lifted.
Accordingly, the correspondence address for the above-referenced application will be updated to remove Mr. Frayne and to insert your address as shown in the official record (and above). Thus, unless an attorney appears on your behalf in this matter, only you will receive future USPTO communications concerning this application.
