Subject: US Trademark Application Serial No. 76714207; colors white and black and INPUTDear Mr. Watov,
I’ve just reviewed your response of November 15, 2013. The amendment to the Supplemental Register to obviate the color refusal, additional information regarding the color(s) and disclaimer of INPUT are all accepted. However, the description of the mark needs further amendment. Much like the description of the mark in SN 76714208 for the color yellow, this suggested description is as follows:
Suggested Description of the Mark
The mark consists of the color white appearing in one insulator within a port located in the upper-left corner of the goods with the word "INPUT" in the color black proximate thereto, that identifies the port as an input port. The matter shown by the dotted lines and the configuration of the lower-left port is not part of the mark and serves only to show positioning of the mark, that is of the white colored insulator within a port relative to the word "INPUT" in the color black.
If you are agreeable to this suggestion, please let me know via this email or phone below. I can take care of the change to the description by an examiner’s amendment.
FYI, I will be out of the office until Monday (Dec. 9).
Thanks,
William T. Verhosek
